LUMHS Research Journal of Biomedical Engineering is launched by Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences from 2nd April 2018. Prof. Dr. Ikram Uddin Ujjan is the first Chief Editor and Prof Dr. Mukhtiar Ali Unar is the first editor of the journal.

It is a pleasure for us to start another Journal in Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro, Pakistan.
This journal will have zero tolerance against plagiarism. All submitted papers are scanned through an approved Plagiarism detection software. If the similarity index of the text is more than the acceptable threshold, then the paper is returned back to the authors for modification.
Plagiarism checking and review process may take from four weeks to six months depending upon response from the reviewers and compliance from authors.
After satisfactory review, the editorial board accepts the paper for publication and acceptance letter is issued to the author(s).

It is a pleasure for us to announce that from now on Authors and Reviewers can track progress of submitted article online from submission to its publication. After peer review and acceptance for publishing an amount of PKR 5000/- is to be paid towards publication charges in PEC and HEC recognized scholarly Research Journal of Biomedical Engineering (RJBME), Web link for registration and online submission is as follows.

Publishing Frequency

RJBME is a bi-annual journal which will release one volume with two issues in a year.
