- Candidates shall fill separate online application form for Each Discipline.
- Online Application form is available on LUMHS website (www.lumhs.edu.pk)
- Candidate has to upload Demand Draft / Pay order (in original) in scanned format with online application form (amount is mentioned against each category).

Eligibility Criteria for Overseas and Foreign National.
- Marks certificate of Secondary School Certificate/ O Level equivalence certificate duly certified by IBCC,
- Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% marks for DPT,Pharm-D and50% for BSFB,SBMBG, BSPA in HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination duly certified by IBCC
- Candidate applying under the category of Overseas Pakistanis / Foreign Category National should submit the proof of his/her father/mother working outside Pakistan

It is hereby informed to all concerned candidates that the Entry Test for BS Degree and Diploma Programs (Session 2025–26) will be conducted on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th November, 2025.
The test will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
A guideline video has been provided for your reference and to help you understand the test process.
All candidates are advised to regularly visit the LUMHS official website— [www.lumhs.edu.pk](https://www.lumhs.edu.pk) — for updates and to download their admit slips as soon as they become available.
Important:
Candidates who have not yet uploaded their paid bank challan are required to send the scanned copy of the paid challan via email to (admission.bs@lumhs.edu.pk) latest by 2nd November, 2025 (5:00 PM).
Please note that without submission of the paid challan, no candidate will be allowed to appear in the test.

- Online application form is available on LUMHS website (www.lumhs.edu.pk).
- Candidate has to upload all required documents along-with paid bank voucher Rs.5000/- (Non-refundable as Entry Test & processing fee) applied for BS Degree / Diploma Programs and separate fee of Rs.5000/ for BS. Biomedical Engineering & BS Business and Information Technology Programs in original in scanned format with online application form.

Bank Account Number is available in Challan Form. (Candidate can pay challan in any HBL Branch or online through 1 Bill).

The Schedule of Entry Test will be announced on LUMHS website later on.
