Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2025

We are pleased to inform our students that the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2025 is now open for applications. Under this prestigious initiative, 100,000 talented students from across the country will receive laptops to enhance their academic and research capabilities.

The scheme is part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and is aimed at facilitating smart education and digital empowerment for youth across Pakistan. It is being offered on a 100% merit basis, and applications are now being accepted through the Digital Youth Hub.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students must be enrolled in a public sector university or degree-awarding institute recognized by HEC.
Eligible programs include PhD, MS/MPhil (18 years), 1.5 & 2-year master’s degrees, and 4 or 5-year bachelor’s programs (morning and evening shifts).
Students must have secured at least 70% marks (2.80 CGPA) in the semester system or 60% marks in the annual system.

Ineligibility:

Students from private sector institutions or those who have previously received a laptop under federal/provincial schemes.
Students from government degree colleges or affiliated colleges.
Foreign nationals (except AJK students).
Applications not submitted through the official portal will not be considered.
