IMPROVING HEALTHCARE THROUGH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

logo-nacmin Today's health care is based on a complex interplay between people and technology, and medical informatics has to do with all aspects of understanding and promoting the effective organisation, analysis, management, and use of information technology in health care.
The main aim of NACMIN is to emphasis on INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY as a integral tool to help ogranize, analyse, manage, and use information. The scientific activities within the conference consist of research in information systems used for recording, analysing, representing and interpreting clinical information. This includes systems focusing on medical applications as well as systems relating to the general information structure and organisation in the health care sector.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • STUDENTS will develop an awareness of the usage and application of information technology in medical and
    health sciences.
  • MEDICAL INFORMATICS SPECIALISTS will be updated on the most recent advances in their field, learning from and
networking with industry and educational leaders.
  • EDUCATORS & RESEARCHERS will gain a working knowledge of emerging medical informatics issues in health care research, issues that need to be addressed at all levels.
  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS will gain a better understanding of the clinical practice environment
