  8. Original Bank Challan (issued and signed by Examination Department) of duly paid prescribed Examination Fee at Habib Bank Limited LUMHS, Jamshoro.

Candidates appearing in Final Examination of M.D /M.S /M.P.H /M.Sc /M.Phil must attach letter of approval of their Thesis.
Note:   The candidates who have already qualified theory examination are eligible to appear Three consecutive Clinical / Practical/Viva Voce examination (whether availed or un-availed) as per LUMHS PG Rules. After fulfilling all other requirements and depositing full prescribed examination fee

In this regard, a Selection Committee shall be constituted to nominate suitable top scoring teacher from University for award of Best University Teacher.

On the recommendation made by the Academic Council, vide Resolution No. AC-40-SUP-1, in its meeting held on 22-03-2016, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the teaching faculty members of MBBS and BDS courses of the University will avail Summer Vacation 2016 for 45 days either in First Half i.e. 01-06-2016 to 15-07- 2016 or in Second Half i.e. 16-07-2016 to 29-08-2016.

The faculty members who have not completed one year of their service at this University: teachers appointed on contract basis and all In-service & Private postgraduate students are not eligible to avail vacation.

The teaching staff of People’s Nursing School, Institute of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Science and Institute of Biomedical Engineering & Technology will avail Summer Vacation as per their teaching and examination schedule as per university policy.

The Incharge of every teaching Department/Unit/Ward is advised to communicate to this office the name of the faculty members who intend to avail vacation either in first half or in second half, in the enclosed prescribed proforma.

The schedule of vacation once notified cannot be changed.

All Deans/Chairpersons/lncharge/Head of Departments are hereby advised to fill in the attached questionnaire and provide their valuable input.
